Course(s):                     Long Course Approximately 22.4 nm. From SBYRA “D” Buoy (43°41.718’ – 83°49.060’) to the Black Hole drop buoy (43°48.800’ – 83°52.400’)

See Diagram at bottom  Proceeding to (G1) Saginaw River Channel Tower #1 (43°48.330’ - 83°43.157’) and returning to SBYRA “D” Buoy.

                                    Short Course Approximately 16.7 nm. From SBYRA “D” Buoy (43°41.718’ – 83°49.060’) to the Black Hole drop buoy (43°48.800’ – 83°52.400’) Proceeding to (R12) Saginaw River Channel Tower #2 (43°43.940’ - 83°46.997’) and returning to SBYRA “D” Buoy.

 

Fleets (Rating):             Two mono-hull, three if Jib and Main has participation (PHRF), and one multi-hull (GLMRA).  Ratings will be determined by Saginaw Bay Rating Committee.  Late registration will accept rating assigned by SBYRA.

 

Awards:                        Flags will be awarded to 1^st thru 3^rd in each fleet, or as determined by SBYRA.  To be presented at the Tiki Bar at KingFish Restaurant following race.  Listen to announcements from RC on VHF Channel 72 before and/or after race.

 

Race Rules:                  The race will be governed by current US Sailing RRS as well as SBYRA Sailing Instruction and Notice of Race.

 

Dockage:                      Overnight dockage will be available at Liberty Harbor (989)894-2800.  Dockage during awards presentation may be available at KingFish docks.  Attempts will be made to raft if necessary.

 

Registration:                 May be submitted by mail using from printed from SBYRA website (http://www.sbyra.com/) If received by race committee, on or before day of race.  Registration after this date shall be considered late.  Registration may also be made in person on or before the Friday preceding the race day at 1400 hours.  Mail registration to, or request registration from:
